Progressive Insurance | Brand Guidelines
Logo usage
We have two logos for use: Progressive and Progressive Commercial. We default, when we can, to the Progressive logo to tell a more holistic story of all our offerings and to build as much equity in the Progressive brand as possible. When needed, the Progressive Commercial logo is available to connect to our commercial and business audiences more directly, particularly during the acquisition stage.

Logo exceptions
We have a few logo exceptions with very specific use cases.

When we use it: When messaging or communicating about price specifically related to direct acquisition (i.e., through progressive.com or ProgressiveCommercial.com).

When we use it: When specifically and only communicating about Progressive's Fleet and Specialty Program product offerings (i.e., our Large Fleet insurance products, previously Protective Insurance).

When we use it: When communicating about our auto and motorcycle products sold through our agency network in California.
Due to regulations in California, Progressive cannot function as a primary brand across all products. Therefore, we have a different name and logo for our auto and motorcycle products in California.
